Some of the latest news from The Tits. The band have been putting the finishing touches to "Sexy Robot" the first single from the forthcoming album. The CMC has shot a great new video for the band - coming soon!!!!
A couple of recent live shows in London, Amsterdam and Dublin went down real well so thanks to everybody who was there. The band have also been invited to play SXSW in Austin Texas.
Finally - A rare demo recording of "Take Right Turn" by Solid Test People (STP - and no relation to Italian leather punk legends Thee STP) a band that Jared briefly performed with in the nineties has fallen into our hands. STP only lasted a few turbulent months citing "artistic differences" as the reason for their eventual disintegration. A handful of tracks survived. Tits Fans can listen to "Take Right Turn" here
The Tits make an appearance at tonights europunk special in Berlin. It is their first live appearance in some time and one of what is expected to be only a select number of Tits shows this year.

ROAD RECORDS describe THE TITS: the guys merge classic early punk sounds of the likes of new york dolls etc with the more sleazy dirge of jesus lizard and mclusky, excellent stuff
THE TITS hit TV in their adopted new home during St. Patricks festival (March 17th - like 4th of July or Shogatsu) after being signed up as the soundtrack to promote national TV station RTE2.
TV3, another national TV station has so far signed two of THE TITS AIRWAY AVENUE tracks for promotional use. Billy, speaking yesterday from San Francisco expressed his thanks to fans: "We hadn't expected this kind of reaction to AIRWAY AVENUE - we're going to make sure the album has been worth the wait!"
